First of all, thanks for coming and visiting my site. You must have received a letter in the mail, or heard of us from word of mouth. Either way, your support is awesome.

Most news posts will be informal but meaningful. Almost like we are just having a discussing. I appreciate reading in which I can pick up the writer’s tones and emotions. Well, here is post number one!

I have been in the beverage industry for nearly 8 years at this point, and I have learned so much. I have seen where people thrive, and where they can improve. This was the start of why I created Monon Beverage Brokers, LLC.

I started at the Heorot Pub in Muncie, IN and that is where I cut my teeth on craft beer. Such a great experience over the years and I met many beverage industry people who I can call friends today. I was fortunate enough to graduate college and start working with one local brewery as their first ever sales guy. It was a great experience and I learned a lot, and it eventually lead me to become Director of Operations for a different brewery and winery.

I was doing account visits one day and noticed several brands who didnt have representation, but still had some solid representation throughout the market. I asked the buyer at that account, then several after, if the would be more inclined to buy more if they met someone from Brand X and all account buyers had the same answer: YES!

This was the lightbulb that started my company. I saw a need in the industry that I love, and started running with it. Im still learning, and my company is young, but I know I have a solid business plan and a drive to succeed. October 1st is coming up and the official launch date.
