First Month in the Books.
So my first month of being in business is officially over and I can say I’ve learned a great deal already.
I’ve seen old friends and made new ones.
I’ve planned events that will be smaller, and larger ones where I will be dressed as Santa.
I’ve met new producers whom I have added to my portfolio and new ones who are great all on their own.
This month I am fortunate to add new brands to my portfolio as well!
Scarlet Lane from McCordsville, just outside of Indy. Their Dorian stout is one that I remember enjoying years ago when I was still bartending in Muncie at the Heorot Pub. They have restructured and have big things happening
O’Fallon Brewery from St. Louis. They make Weach, which is a solid peach wheat beer that is one of my favorite wheat beers (not including any German Hefeweizen which just cant be beat for the yeasty, banana and clove flavors)
And, I met with a brewery in Kalamazoo to add in December. (Not Bell’s although I did stop by to see their taproom, worth the stop)
Overall I feel great about Monon Beverage Brokers and I look forward to learning and growing more as an individual and as a business.
